1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Profile Bud ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. The App is operated by Domaincord Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Use of the App
Profile Bud is a personal organization tool that lets you collect and share your social media handles, website links, and app profiles. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
3. User Content
You are solely responsible for the links, handles, and profile information you add to the App ("User Content"). You represent that you have the right to share any content you add, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the App to:
- Share links to illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the App's source code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its associated services.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Domaincord Ventures LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., social networks). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domaincord Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App, or your access to it, at any time and for any reason without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Domaincord Ventures LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
